The breakfast in the morning was delicious. The croissants were so fresh and the juice was lovely. There was so much choice, I didnt know what to choose. The wholewheat seeded bread also looked
very tasty. The fruit was also lovely. You must have put so much effort into chopping it up nicely. The presentation looked great!
The beds were so comfy and the place was very clean. The decor of the place was lovely and I felt really safe.
Next time I need a bed and a good breakfast in London, I definitly know where to come !
I will be back again soon but thought I would just write to say thank you.
Oh ps. Your shower was so powerful. It was so nice after the long stressful day I had had.
P.p.s I loved your positive bubbly personality. I fell asleep feeling so happy . You are a lovely person and Im going to recommend your service to all my friends.

stayed at helenas guest House. Last weekend in August. Lovely host helenas House is spotlessly cleen good showers nice and hot emaculately clean.verry quiet at night. Only 4 minutes walk to peckem High Street. Whould definitely recommend. And will be staying there again.

We spent three nights in this B&B. Is't Clean and cosy. A typical britsch House. Helena is verry kind and helpful.....you feel Right at Home.
Breakfast is super. Nearby You can take The bus or Underground to The Big City.
For a visit to London IT is a good place to stay.

Superbes chambres typiques "british" dans une maison typique "british" où l'acceuil est très chaleureux.
L'hôtesse donne de précieux conseils pour se rendre à Londres et enfin excellent petit déjeuner.

The B&B Helena is perfect. We felt very welcome. We stayed overnight on July 31 in a lovely and clean twinroom and had our own bathroom. The next morning we had a wonderfull breakfast with cereals, croissants, toast, fruit, yogurts, thee and juice. Everything was delicious and we did not need food for many hours.
If you visit London we recommand B&B Helena!!

Le B&B d'Helena est très sympathique, avec une hôtesse qui sait bien accueillir ses hotes européens. Situé à Peckham dans la banlieue sud de Londres, c'est très accessible par le bus (n° 63 depuis Saint-Pancras ou le n° 12 depuis Westminster), ou alors le train entre Rye Peckam et London Bridge. Pour le bus+train+metro ne pas oublier son Visitor Oyster Card à 18 euros dans l'Eurostar, avec un crédit suffisant pour 3 jours au moins (et rechargeable aux bornes des gares principales).

We spent two nights last week for Easter. Despite we arrived late the first night, Helena welcomed us warmly. The rooms are clean and we slept very well. The breakfast was gorgeous, our daughters and us do not eat the same thing at all, but there was something for everyone. Delicious fruit salad, little self made yogurts with red fruits..... And little things reminding Easter week. All this very well presented on the table.
Once you know the right road to take, the underground is at 2 minutes.
For sure we recommand this bed and breafast and will return at Helena's if we decide to come back to London. Thanks again.

Nous avons passé quatre nuits chez Helena. Elle est très serviable, toujours disponible pour nous aider. Ma fille a adoré le petit-déjeuner, très copieux. La maison est au calme mais proche des transports. La chambre et la salle d'eau (commune) sont propres et bien agencés

I stayed in London for 4 days and 3 nights. Helena makes you feel welcome, and her place is clean and comfortable. I enjoyed breakfast and ambience (something that I will not say for some of the other places I visited). The location of Helena’s house was close enough to sightseeing places, but far enough to let you avoid the tourist crowds and help you explore ordinary London. Helena and her family were solicitous, friendly, and professional. They truly care about your comfort and wellbeing, and go out of their way to help you in everything they can. I observed Helena’s daughter help a family find accommodations, after the family found out that they had been deceived somewhere else. I fully recommend Helena’s B&B.

Merci pour votre accueil très chaleureux. Nous avons apprécié votre aide pour visiter Londres (arrêts de bus tout près). Vos chambres sont très confortables et on se sent à l' aise "comme chez nous". Après avoir bien dormi, nous avons eu la surprise d' un petit déjeuner très copieux avec un choix de nourriture très généreux et excellent et toujours le sourire de notre hôtesse.

We spent three very nice days in London at Helena's house. The location ist great, with bus and train conexion to the city center. We enjoyed going with the bus 12 and driving next to Big Ben! The house is very nice, the room is lovely, the bathroom was clean and the breakfast was just delicious!We felt very good at your home. I was very glad to find Helenas B&B. I spent 3 nights in her quiet and comfortable house, had a very nice time there and enjoyed her very affectionately prepared breakfast and also the conversation. She really is very nice und helpful. Already before my arrival she informed me again and again patiently about the free rooms. Thank you so much!
I slept so well and felt like at home. What a wonderful experience for my first B&B trip.
I recommend this accommodation gladly.

We spent 6 nights for the second time at hers and we had literally nothing to worry about. There was definitely enough space for the four of us. Everything was clean, Helena helped us a lot with maps and leads for the traffic and always informed us whenever we needed information.
It was quiet and we had our privacy. But the highlight was her breakfast, there wasn't anything negative because everything was there and if it wasn't she just came in and asked if anything ws missing.
I really really loved spending my holidays at your house, thanks to you :)

We stayed with Helena from September 16 - 18, 2014. Helena and her daughter are very cheery, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Gave us good advice on transportation into and around London. Breakfasts in her large kitchen were ample and good, and we met other travelers there. We had good success with the buses to and from downtown London, which allow one to see things along the way, but underground is also available. Wifi connection worked well. Rooms are small, but that is the norm in European metropolises, and everything is clean, comfortable, and quiet. We would undoubtedly stay there again if we are in the area.

thank you very much for providing us with a great room and every day lavish breakfasts. Always too much to eat - we were so stuffed, we skipped lunch every day.
Both room and bathroom were very clean, nice location, conviniently reachable by bus and London overground (Peckham Rye Station), we felt safe and secure in the area even when coming back late at night. We can recommend you to anyone!

Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits chez Helena. Nous en sommes enchantés ! Les petits-déjeuners sont excellents et très copieux. Helena est une hôte très accueillante et la maison est très bien placée. Les transports en commun qui amènent dans le centre de Londres sont tout proches.
Nous recommandons ce B&B et reviendrons très certainement pour un prochain séjour à Londres.

My daughter and I are so fortunate to stay with Helena for a couple of nights. Helena is very friendly, warm and welcoming person. A true gem! She is very helpful with your questions. Helen's daughter is most helpful as well.
Helena's home is clean and very comfortable to stay in. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning with plenty of choices.
I would definitely stay at Helena's place again the next time I am in London.

I stayed at Helena's host family for a week and I was really lucky to stay there and feel really blessed for all the nice things. The location is very good with lot's of restaurants and shops arround (primark is two minutes walking) and good transports with direct buses to Oxford Circus or Liverpool Street and overground to London Bridge. 5 star Breakfast and very clean and calm ambiance. I'll come back

I recommend this B & B! Helena is a wonderfull host, allways friendly and helpfull. The rooms and the bathroom are small, but clean and friendly furnished, The continental breakfeast is with fresh fuit salad and ham, cheese, salami, cereals jam aso Provides plenty of choices and is very good.
